Delete Your Account

We're sorry to see you go. You can delete your account from the mobile app or directly on this page. Please read everything below before proceeding.

Important Information

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Your account data, including profile information and history, will be deleted.
Any remaining balance in your wallet should be withdrawn before deleting your account.
You will be immediately logged out and unable to access your account.
Active bets or pending transactions may affect your ability to delete your account.

Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance from your wallet. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to access these funds.

Ensure all your bets are settled and all pending transactions are completed. Active transactions may prevent account deletion.

If you need a copy of your account data, please contact support at klairvobet@gmail.com before deleting your account.

Prefer using the app? Follow these steps to delete your account from your mobile device.

Open the Klairvo app and sign in with your registered email and password.

Tap your profile icon or open the menu, then select Account Settings.

Scroll to the bottom of Account Settings and tap Delete Account. You may be asked to verify your identity.

Read the on-screen prompts, optionally share why you're leaving, then confirm to permanently delete your account.

If you're not using the mobile app, you can delete your account directly here.

You need to be logged in to delete your account via the web.
